700 sq/ft is the area, and 10.000 cubic/ft the volume. Through taking advantage of the heights, this loft will have suspended (bridge) platforms to get its area to more than 100 sq/ft. Primarily build out of wood, the space will host the functional living requirements for a couple as well as their working spaces. They are a photographer and a sound engineer.
